We smoke using an electric smoker and wood pellets. Our process is lengthy. Keep this in mind when placing your order.


Brisket and Beef Ribs

We need a 5-day notice for smoked brisket and beef ribs.
Day 1: thaw the meat
Day 2-3: dry brine in the refrigerator with GannFarmRaised beef seasoning
Day 4-5: smoking begins at 2 pm on day 4 and ends at 9 am on day 5
Day 5: the meat will cool and be ready for pickup anytime after 3 pm


Whole Chicken

We need a 4-day notice for a smoked whole chicken
Day 1: thaw the meat
Day 2-3: dry brine in the refrigerator with GannFarmRaised chicken seasoning
Day 4: smoking begins at 8 am and ends at noon, ready for pickup after 3 pm
